Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice: No penalty for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Less than 24-hour notice: A fee may apply for cancellations or rescheduling.

No-Shows

• Multiple reminders will be sent before your appointment.

• Failure to attend without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may impact future booking eligibility.

Refunds

• All sales for services rendered are final and non-refundable.

• In some cases, a courtesy discount on future services may be offered.

Service Refusal

• I reserve the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, at my sole discretion.

• In the unlikely event of service refusal, a refund for unused services will be provided, and our engagement will be respectfully terminated.
